For 28 years, KfW has recognized young companies that turn innovative ideas into viable business models and make a meaningful contribution to the economy and society.
For goodBytz, this marks its fourth award in 2026. Earlier this year, the company received the INTERNORGA Future Award, the Robotics Award at Hannover Messe, and the German Innovation Award.
“Developing innovative technology is one thing. Successfully bringing it to market and scaling it is an entirely different challenge. This award reinforces our belief that we are on the right track with our vision,” says Dr. Hendrik Susemihl, Co-Founder and CEO of goodBytz.
goodBytz develops and manufactures autonomous robotic kitchens that prepare freshly cooked meals around the clock. Its technology is already in use in hospitals, corporate cafeterias, universities, airports, train stations, and gas stations. The company's mission is to establish robotics as an integral part of everyday food service infrastructure.
